It should only take a few minutes to get a nettTracker company up and running so that you can enjoy the benefits of a fully automated fixed asset register, and say goodbye to maintaining a spreadsheet.
If QuickBooks Online contains all of the chart of account categories as explained in the Before You Start guide and the assets held as at the end of the last financial year have been copied into the import template then you are more than half way there.
‘Onboarding’ is carried out via a zoom meeting by our in-house nettTracker and QuickBooks expert. The meeting should last no longer than 30 minutes. The first 10 minutes to configure your nettTracker company file, and the remaining time to answer any questions you may have.
Our onboarding service is completely free of charge. However, this is only offered when a chargeable subscription and active payment method is in place. Organisations with a ‘Premium’ subscription can use the onboarding service to set up one company. If a ‘Professional’ subscription is in place, we will assist with the set-up of 3 companies.
Before arranging the onboarding session, you must be able to answer YES to the following four questions*
Do you have an active chargeable subscription in place?
Do you have an active payment method in place?
Does your QuickBooks Online company contain all of the chart of account codes you need as detailed in the before you start guide?
Have you downloaded the template and copied the assets from your old spreadsheet to the template so that it is ready to be imported?
